Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply place the items you want to buy in your cart and continue to the checkout page. You will be asked for your shipping information and are redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, but you can create one so you can order even faster next time.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us right after you have ordered. If we haven’t shipped the item(s) yet, we will give you a full refund. In case we’ve already shipped the items, you will have to return the item or refuse it when it arrives. Once we receive the item back, we will process your refund.

How can I track my order?

We do not offer a tracking option yet. However, we guarantee that you you will receive your products 2-4 days after your order if you live in Germany. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a notifcation via email.

What happens if my products arrive damaged?

We will ensure that your products are being packed safely. But, we cannot exclude the possibilty that some products get damaged during the transport. Please use the contact formular, send us a picture ofdamage and we will replace your order free of charge.

Shipping

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we ship to every country in the world. To find out the shipping costs to your country, place an order and look at “shipping total” on the checkout page.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use DHL for all our transportation activities. When ordering more than 39€ we offer free shipping.

Small Items

Small items are coconot spoons & forks as well as bamboo straws and the bamboo storage. If you order only order these items, shipping costs will be lower. Please check our FAQ at the main page for detailed information or simply view the shipping cost at the checkout.

Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept PayPal payments. Upon checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment. You can use your PayPal funds or credit / debit card to complete the payment.

How will I receive my refund?

Once you filled out thereturn sheet from our website and the products have arrived back at us we will refund you on PayPal.

Is Buying From you Safe?

Absolutely. All payments are processed safely through PayPal.com and your personal payment information is not shared with us. Personal details you submit upon checkout, such as shipping address, are stored safely in our system and are never shared with others. 

Products

Where are your products coming from?

All our products are coming from Indonesia. They are being hand-crafted in Yogyakarta. Most of our coconut bowls are originating from Sumatra.

How are the working conditions in Indonesia?

With your order you helped a local community of hand crafters. They set the prices for the products and we do not negotiate the terms. We want to help everyone involved in the supply chain and create a sustainable business where everyone benefits.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes, our coconut products are sustainable. No coconut tree was cut down to produce our coconut bowls. The bowls are being produced from the shells which naturally fall down from the tree. Instead of letting them rot in the sun, we are creating a 100% natural and beautiful product and create income possibilities for local farmers and manufacturers.

Why does my Coconut Bowl look different than on the pictures?

All of our coconut bowls are 100% natural. This means each bowl looks slightly different.
